Welcome to Shelly Beth's Fried Pies, where tradition meets innovation; on wheels! We serve handcrafted pies that are made from scratch, the way Grandma used to make them. We fry them on location in our concession trailer, so we can serve them hot and ready. We travel all across Arkansas and beyond to bring you our fresh, crispy, and delicious pies. From classic flavors to seasonal specials, we take pride in sourcing local ingredients whenever possible, even hand-picking some of our fruit for our fillings, to ensure the best quality.
